Welcome to Week 3 of the New York Beauty Quilt Along!! If you are new, we’d love you to jump on the bandwagon! Stop by the Flickr Group and be sure to add all your progress photos!
Today’s tutorial is from Megan of Canoe Ridge Creations. Go over here to see Megan’s full tutorial for the block, she’s done a really great job of showing how to make this!

I had a great time playing with this block! I’m using Kona solids for mine, so I decided to pair the fabrics that I used for my previous blocks, with the same colors, but slightly lighter, to make those outer points really pop. Super fun, and after last week’s block, this one didn’t have as many segments to piece!

Thanks again for the wonderful tutorial, Megan!! Please stop by next Monday, where Kati will be doing the tutorial for block 8! See you then! 🙂
