Haha, my husband doesn't often like my fabric choices either. And I'm like...what the heck? He said the same thing about my Ruby Star Rising and Echino prints I was so excited about, and called them "weird." More like "awesome." I'll join in another sew along soon--either this one or the Amy Butler. Thanks for letting me know about the free pattern!
